What is an Atheist??

Golden rule: To treat others as you would like to be treated

Atheism, the Philosophy of Atheism

Atheists are people without belief in God, gods, or any supernatural entity.

The meaning of the word "atheist" is straightforward: Atheists are people without belief in God, gods, or any supernatural entity. Atheists place facts ahead of superstitious, fairy-tale methods of thinking.

Contrary to common belief, the vast majority of atheists do not declare that a god is impossible, but they regard the probability as exceedingly slight.

Over thousands of years verifiable proofs of the existence of a god or any supernatural entities have been non existent, so atheists deem it highly unlikely that they will encounter a valid proof within their lifetimes.
